The incident occurred near the Fountain Freight Road, near Midway Geyser Basin. The child took off running from the trail, slipped and then fell into a small thermal feature.

Roadwork, Smoke, and wildlife should be our main concerns when driving the loops in Yellowstone...but for some reason, the drivers were the wildest thing we saw on the roads!! Why? You are in a National Park where animals can walk out of the treeline at any moment! Are you insane?

There's absolutely no need to drive 60 mph in Yellowstone. 👎 There's absolutely no need to pass cars on a curve...with a double yellow line....going 60+ mph 👎 There's no need to ride someone's rearend so hard that they can't pull over when they want to (isn't this why we are ALL here?)👎 If you have #California plates...I might be talk to you....MANY of you! 🙄 Y'all, without fail, every driver that did this had California plates! Please learn to drive outside of your home state. Thank you.

We did Old Faithful twice. The first time we staye

We did Old Faithful twice. The first time we stayed near the back so the kids could play. Thankfully the geyser shot up pretty high so the kids could still see it through the crowds 😳. The second time we accidentally arrived really early so we wcored a sear right up front. Honestly, it was more impressive when we were in the back of the crowd (who would have thought 🤷‍♀️) I'm going to post the video of our close up in the stories. Yellowstone in the fall means the Elk put on a show! While we were stuck in traffic leaving the park we heard an Elk Bugle...it was the craziest sound! 😯 😳 We actually weren't sure what it was and had to look it up, lol. Have you ever heard an elk bugle during the rut?
